Unhealthy Health : ? Solution (Our View) Breached trust between doctor & patients are the root cause of; unhealthy health in developing Bihar. Unawareness regarding health issues, lack of 'SENSITIVE DOCTOR'S' & financial inadequacy are the few among the top list of unsolved problem. Any system will not solve the problem until and unless you correct the relationship between two group & this will notbe possible; if treatment cost is high. At the same time a quality treatment is out of question at low price due to higher cost of medicine, diagnostic tool & life saving equipments. Few possible & practical changes may open the new door like, law of similarly in fee structure among the health centre, health insurance should be must for all the people like income tax rule.

Establishment of District Laboratory investigation monitoring office which will collect all the investigation written by the doctors on monthly basis to prevent the unnecessary investigation written by the doctors to make money, patient also should be punished if they are investing their body at unrecognised lab & getting treatment from non recognised doctors - appears smiley, but it will work, law always works! Strict law for equipment & medicines manufacturing company to reduce the cost, liberal and attractive law to open the hospital for qualified doctors by the government... Strict law to support the doctors in case of mishappening during treatment. "Jhola Chhap" doctors are very dangerous as they wash the mind of sick body with wrong detergent & prevents the people to know the reality of disease consequences, hence correct advise by qualified doctor appears money making business for the unknown patients. Civil Surgeon should be released from this duty to prevent the quack practice because practically it creates problem for the CS at local level. Separate team should be form to prevent Jhola Chhap clinic for every district & qualified doctor should also be advised not to take non degree holder people to train them as compounder. In fact our state needs fresh huge investments, healthy administration & honest doctor should be on the top level of department.
